Hayao Miyazaki has greatly influenced the world of animated films by delving into such topics as sincere feelings, humanism, family, pacifism and love for flying machines. Joe Hisaishi is a Japanese composer and pianist, widely known for his collaboration with director Hayao Miyazaki. Together they have created a huge number of classic animated films that have become famous all over the world.
The audience will embark on an amazing journey together with their favorite anime heroes. Artists of the Chamber Music Community will present works from such animated films by Hayao Miyazaki as «Howl's Moving Castle», «My Neighbor Totoro», «Castle in the Sky», and from anime by other authors, such as «Sailor Moon», «Spirited Away», «Evangelion», «Naruto», and more. The compositions that you will hear at the concert are a full-fledged musical language that will be understood by both fans of Japanese animation and the general public, who have at least once encountered the plots of anime series and movies.
