Grafenegg Castle is currently closed to individual guests. You are welcome to visit Grafenegg Castle as part of a guided tour as a group.

You can visit Grafenegg Castle individually or as part of a guided tour from 21 June to 07 September 2025.

• Opening hours from 21 June to 7 September / Sat. and Sun. 10.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m.
• Guided tours: Sat. and Sun. 2.00 p.m.

Grafenegg Castle can be visited individually or as part of a group tour. On a guided tour of the castle and its grounds, you will gain detailed insights into the history of the castles's origins as well as its special architectural features. At the same time, you will delve deeper into the history of the landscape garden and learn more about the original Baroque garden that was once part of this magnificent complex.

Grafenegg castle grounds

The whole castle grounds are available to visitors, except on days when there are concerts on the Wolkenturm open-air stage. On these days the area is only accessible during a period starting one hour before the start of the Prélude or three hours before the start of the concert and exclusively with a valid concert ticket.
