Der Nussknacker

A nutcracker? And this is supposed to be a Christmas present? What do you do with it? Crack nuts, but apart from that? Well, just put it on the shelf. On the top shelf, next to the old books, the ones you've read a thousand times and the ones you haven't read at all. Then again, it will get dusty there. So maybe it's better to put it in the drawer where you can't see it. Out of sight, out of mind... far from it! The theatre association Studio Keck and a string quartet from the Tonkunstler-Orchestra dust off the bookshelf, take the Nutcracker from the drawer and tell their own playful, poetic version of the well-known Christmas tale.

For school classes attending the concert, free accompanying workshops are offered at their respective schools (dates by arrangement). Early registration is recommended due to limited capacity.
